As a Human Resources Business Partner in our London office, you will help support DRW’s Human Resources initiatives across our offices in the UK and Europe. You will be the direct point of contact in the region managing the employee life-cycle including onboarding, benefits, employee relations, policies, procedures, HR communications and offboarding.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage new hire orientation and onboarding, including providing a welcoming environment, assisting with new hire questions, explaining DRW’s benefit plans, validating work authorization and other related tasks
  • Process changes in our Workday HRIS system including new hire onboarding paperwork, department transfers, terminations, leaves and benefit changes
  • Administer benefit and pension schemes, including enrollments, changes and terminations as well as invoice management and reporting
  • Assist with benefit plan design, open enrollment, analysing and sourcing benefit solutions and other compliance requirements
  • Field employee questions related to benefits, payroll, policies, leaves and other HR related inquiries
  • Assist with performance review programs including communicating timelines, promoting participation and providing guidance
  • Provide performance management guidance and coaching to managers and employees
  • Partner with DRW’s immigration specialist to support mobility and immigration initiatives
  • Monitor changes in employment law and assist with updating and creating firm policies and procedures
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage employee offboarding process
  • Design and develop employee communications and postings on DRW’s internal intranet
  • Other HR projects and initiatives as assigned

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Prior experience with Workday or similar HRIS platform
  • Experience in the Financial Services or Technology industries a plus
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and provide recommendations to stakeholders while deploying a substantive problem-solving mindset and sound judgement
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven analytical ability with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A track record of taking initiative with a keen sense of urgency
  • Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to collaborate and assist whenever, wherever needed
