This Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement ("Statement") is made under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 ("MSA") for the financial year ended 31st December 2025. This Statement describes the steps being taking to tackle slavery or human trafficking in its business and supply chain.
This statement is made on behalf of DRW UK Partners UK LLP, DRW Global Markets Ltd, DRW Global Markets Holdings Ltd and DRW Investments (UK) Ltd (collectively “DRW UK”).
DRW UK is committed to acting responsibly in all its business dealings and when implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in its business or within those of its suppliers.

DRW is a diversified trading group that operates in both traditional and cutting-edge markets, including crypto assets, real estate, and venture capital. Founded in 1992, it has a global presence including offices in Amsterdam, Austin, Chicago, Dubai, Greenwich, Hong Kong, Houston, London, Montreal, New York City, and Singapore.
Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking
DRW UK has adopted several policies and procedures designed to reinforce its values, and to assist with the detection and prevention of modern slavery within its operations and supply chains including:
New employees are introduced to these documents and copies of these policies and procedures, and any new or updated Policies, are available to all DRW UK personnel via the DRW intranet.
Risk Assessment and Management
DRW UK employees are generally highly skilled professionals so the likelihood of these individuals being at risk of modern slavery or human trafficking is low. All employees are employed on contractual terms that comply with applicable law, including those in relation to working conditions and pay.
DRW UK believes that the risks in its supply chain are low, given the nature of its business and the profile of its suppliers, which are predominantly regulated financial institutions, technology vendors, and professional service providers.
Due Diligence Processes in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking
DRW UK operates a risk-based approach to reviewing its supply chain in the context of the MSA. When onboarding new suppliers, DRW UK integrates modern slavery considerations into the due diligence processes.
Effectiveness in Combating Slavery and Human Trafficking
DRW UK is committed to ongoing monitoring of its approach to identifying and mitigating the risk of slavery and human trafficking. Key measures include:
Reporting and Whistleblowing
DRW UK encourages all employees to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of, DRW UK. Individuals can make disclosures without fear of retaliation. All concerns are investigated objectively, and appropriate action is taken where necessary.
